Not a reservation: CloseHotel documents are provisional accommodation itineraries. They are not issued by a hotel, do not reserve a room, do not confirm availability and are not travel documents.

No visa guarantee

CloseHotel does not guarantee visa approval or acceptance of any itinerary. Embassy, consulate and immigration requirements vary and may change. You are responsible for checking current official requirements.

Property data and prices

Property information may come from public third-party sources. Prices are generated estimates and are not offers, live quotes or evidence of payment. Verify addresses, contact details, availability and rates directly with the property before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You must not misrepresent a CloseHotel document as property-issued confirmation, alter disclosures to create a misleading impression, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraud or unlawful activity.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of traveler names, dates and other details you enter. Do not include information you are not authorized to use.

Availability

The service may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn. Public data providers may change or limit their services, which can affect search results.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CloseHotel is provided without a guarantee that every search result, estimate or generated document will meet a particular authority’s requirements.
